Join us at the Ipswich Town Hall (Room B) on Thursday, February 25 at 7Pm to hear renowned beaver ecologist Skip Lisle talk about this ultimate keystone species and its effect on the natural and built environment. Skip will fill us in on the surprising details that one needs to know in order to manage beavers in a balance of protecting wildlife habitat while also protecting our built environment, including our trail system. Skip has a masters degree in Wildlife Biology, is the owner and President of Beaver Decievers, inc. and has lectured throughout North America and Europe on the subject. He has worked extensively in Essex County with ECTA to protect many of the trails we all use, including in Bradley Palmer State Park and on the New England Biolabs campus in Ipswich an many private properties.
