Ipswich Voters. On October 19, you will have an opportunity to vote at Town Meeting to help protect a critical 1.5 mile trail link on Maplecroft Farm. As a part of a once in a lifetime conservation deal, the Raymond family has been working with the Trust for Public Land, Essex County Greenbelt, the State of Massachusetts and the Town of Ipswich to permanently protect 247 acres of critically important agricultural and scenic land between Essex Rd (Rte 133) and Argilla Road. Included in this deal will be a multi-use Trail Easement to be held by ECTA that will cross the property between the two roads. Please vote YES on Articles 7 and 8 to allow the use of the Open Space Bond for this project, and forward this on to other Ipswich voters!
